How to choose a kindergarten for a child? Every parent dreams of picking something like this for their child. children's institution, in which his abilities will be most fully revealed and which will meet the requirements of moms and dads as much as possible. Gone are the days when kindergartens were chosen based on location and proximity to home or work. Now in Moscow there are enough preschool institutions that play the role not only of "cloakrooms" for children while their parents work, but also offer a comprehensive and diverse development. There are also institutions in which a harmonious environment is created for kids, helping the child learn to communicate with adults and peers, discover new things, learn about the world.

If you decide to send your baby to a private kindergarten, then, first of all, decide what specific requirements you have for a preschool educational institution. And after that, you can already consider possible options in Moscow. To make it easier for parents to choose, a list of paid kindergartens was compiled, differing in living conditions, teaching methods, and areas of training.

Waldorf Kindergartens

The main goal of such kindergartens is the harmonious development of each child. Particular attention is also paid to the disclosure of the creative abilities of pupils. For example, music classes here are conducted according to the methods of Orff pedagogy and eurythmy. Emphasis is also placed on such activities that develop motor skills and thereby expand the capabilities of children - modeling, needlework, drawing, housework. Children together with their parents make toys with their own hands from natural materials.

The main advantages of Waldorf kindergartens are:

trusting relationships between teachers and children;

· respect inner peace child;

stimulating fantasy;

Friendly and comfortable environment.

However, it should be noted that there is no focus on the early intellectualization of kids, that is, they do not teach reading, counting, writing and other knowledge to the previous school. Often classes are held in groups of different ages.

work on planting flowers and vegetables;

forest walks.

The Grain Way has a large fenced area where children have the opportunity to conduct their own experiments. There are no special requirements, the main task of the pupils is to naturally develop and grow. The teachers here are called gardeners. Probably because they care about the colors of life.

Montessori Kindergartens

Today, kindergartens are popular, where kids are taught according to Montessori recommendations. This is no coincidence, since in Russia before the revolution, most kindergartens worked exactly according to this method. The main goal of this education system is to help the child grow up kind, responsible, free and independent. In kindergartens of this type, children are taught to order with the help of a specially designed system of rules. Following this system, kids are clearly aware of the limits of their capabilities and responsibilities. Groups in such kindergartens are of different ages, and the teaching technique is divided into two parts: up to three and six years.

The room in which classes are held is divided into zones according to the degree of activity. There is an area where children can climb, jump, run. There are specially designated places for the development of motor skills: classes with plasticine, small, loose objects, water. There is also a place for music lessons, there are language and theater zones. All educational materials, pieces of furniture, toys, racks are made for a specific age of children, taking into account the size of hands, height, and skills. Kids can independently choose the type of activity, be able to get the right item, serve themselves. The main task of this pedagogical system is the task of helping the child to do everything for himself.

If you choose such an institution, then pay attention to the level of training of the teacher and his ability to establish contact with children. 90% of success depends on these factors. However, there are currently few certified teachers with an international diploma in Moscow. Therefore, the prices in such kindergartens are higher compared to other kindergartens in the city. We give a guarantee for security services and insure liability in the Insurance Company!

Security of educational institutions, despite the seeming primitiveness, the task is not simple, responsible and troublesome, requiring a special approach and skills. Any educational institution is, first of all, the most important strategic social object, with its own internal routine and educational process, for which stability and strict discipline are very important. In addition, this is a place of mass visitation of people, most of whom are children. This implies both increased responsibility and numerous risks and dangers that may threaten the security of the institution. The guarded contingent, despite their young age, is also far from simple, and does not like to follow the established rules of conduct, and the range of measures to actively influence them is extremely limited.

Small children in kindergartens and primary schools require special supervision and control, because they are the most defenseless and trusting, it is not for nothing that parents hire additional nannies and governesses for children to accompany, teach, control /. Older children, and even more so boys and girls who have crossed the 18-year mark, for the most part are very wary and critical of various kinds of rules, restrictions and prohibitions, i.e. just to those problematic security issues for which security is responsible. They live and act with their inherent maximalism, energy and rebelliousness, not wanting to obey anyone or anything. However, they are still children without life experience requiring increased attention and control from older mentors.

BUT WHAT AND WHO CAN THREATEN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS? - There are quite a lot of these threats, and they can come not only from adults, but also from the pupils themselves. The most frequently recorded are various unlawful encroachments- theft, extortion, hooliganism, property damage, alcohol and drug use. Various man-made accidents can be added to this set of threats: fires, floods, collapses, etc. Do not forget about such dangers of the 21st century, such as: kidnapping, hostage-taking, sabotage, terrorist attack. As you can see, the range of threats in educational institutions is quite wide, so school or kindergarten security should be entrusted only to professionals, including Private Security Organizations (PSCs).

One of the main issues in the formation of a reliable security service for educational institutions is a SPECIAL STAFF SELECTION OF GUARDS. After all, in addition to the fact that a security guard at such an object must have professional qualities (mindfulness, vigilance, exactingness, determination), it is necessary that he also possess the best human qualities, be respectable, correct, balanced, polite and tidy. But that's not all. The employee is required to have experience and skills in ensuring safety in a mass gathering of people, good physical fitness, self-confidence, readiness for active protection, knowledge of the basics of psychology and motivation of people's behavior in emergency situations.

Kindergarten, school, institute and other educational institutions are considered traditional objects of protection, with a standard set of protective measures. However, for each object, its individual methods and methods of protection can be used, depending on the location and internal layout of the object, operating mode and specifics. educational process. It should also be taken into account the fact that each educational institution is a special world, with its own traditions and social and ethical standards of behavior, which should guide the private security company when choosing security methods and training programs for security guards.

PROTECTION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS may include the following MEASURES:

Ensuring round-the-clock access control (control of the passage of citizens, the entry / removal of property, the passage of vehicles),

Dress code enforcement,

Maintaining public order and the functioning of the institution,

Monitoring the operational situation, using technical security tools,

Monitoring compliance with the rules of conduct established by the internal regulations of the institution,

Protecting the life and health of teachers and pupils from unlawful encroachments,

Protection of the property of the facility, as well as the personal property of pupils and teachers,

Taking active measures to protect the facility in the event of accidents and emergencies, suppressing criminal acts, detaining hooligans and intruders for transfer to the police,

Fire fighting and anti-terrorist measures,

Organization of close interaction with local law enforcement agencies, etc.

WHEN ACCEPTING THE OBJECT UNDER PROTECTION, our specialists preliminarily conduct its thorough examination for security and availability vulnerabilities, identifying internal and external threats, determining the most effective and cost-effective ways of protection.

As a rule, all educational institutions are guarded in a continuous round-the-clock mode, using a set of measures, such as: PHYSICAL SECURITY, ENGINEERING AND ELECTRONIC SECURITY AND PROTECTION, ARMAMENT AND EQUIPMENT OF GUARDS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND ORGANIZATIONAL LIMITATIONS. Often, institutions do not have sufficient funds to maintain a large staff of security guards, so the main emphasis in ensuring security is given to technical security and equipping facilities with modern engineering and electronic security equipment (alarms, video surveillance, fire and security alarms, access control, evacuation and fire extinguishing, "panic buttons").

An important role in the security system of the facility is played by CARRYING OUT PREVENTIVE MEASURES with pupils and staff of the institution, teaching them the basics of life safety, conducting joint trainings (training alarms) to work out actions in emergency situations(in case of fire, sabotage, hostage-taking, detection of explosive devices, etc.).

PROTECTION OF OBJECTS IS OUR PROFESSION!

In Krasnoyarsk, preparations are underway for the implementation of the project of continuing education "Kindergarten - school - university"

Federal state standard education has been gradually introduced in educational institutions of Krasnoyarsk since 2010. For five years, elementary school has been learning in a new way. By the end of this year, kindergartens must develop their own educational programs and begin their implementation. An integral part of the new standard was the continuity of all levels of education: kindergarten - school - university. A small person needs to smoothly go through all the educational stages.

The first traditions of succession began to be introduced at the level of school - secondary special educational institution (HEI). On the basis of technical schools and colleges, schoolchildren try their hand at 13 specialties. Among them are the professions of a turner, welder, electrician, seamstress, hairdresser, confectioner, fabric painter, jeweler, etc. About 400 students in grades 8-9 from more than 20 schools in the city have the opportunity to get working specialties. Another important direction is the interaction educational institutions with universities. So, on the basis of gymnasium No. 13 and lyceum No. 7, together with the Siberian federal university open special classes. In the current academic year a similar project, together with SibFU, began to be implemented by Lyceum No. 6 "Perspektiva", and Lyceum No. 3 cooperates with the Siberian State Aerospace University.

One of the project participants is Lyceum No. 6 "Perspective". In addition to general education classes, there are two specialized classes on the basis of the institution - physics and mathematics and engineering. Weekly, every Wednesday, the guys spend at the university. Most of the students of specialized classes have already decided on a profession and plan to become students of SibFU in the future.

In the new year, Lyceum No. 6 plans to launch another project that will fully implement the principle of lifelong education for preschoolers. As you know, going to school is a turning point in a child's life - the way of life changes dramatically, a new position in society is acquired. A first-grader develops completely different relationships with adults and peers. Not all children are comprehensively prepared for a painless entry into a full-fledged learning activities. Therefore, many children preschool age a year before entering grade 1, they begin to attend preschool classes "Preschooler", which are held on the basis of most general educational institutions of the city. Taking into account the growing need of parents for a preliminary acquaintance of the child with the school, it was decided to implement a project that will allow preschoolers to adapt in advance to new conditions.

Similar projects will be implemented on the basis of several other educational institutions of the city. Including Lyceum No. 6. This will be possible thanks to cooperation with kindergarten No. 320: for children, the institution will equip a play and study area, children will be able to use the library, assembly and sports halls, and if they wish, they will learn to play growth chess. At the moment, kindergarten No. 320 has 4 preparatory groups s, from among them, at the request of the parents, a group of 26 people was preliminarily formed. A teacher will be assigned to the children, who will later become a class teacher in primary school. At the moment, the lyceum is preparing to receive preschool children, the work schedule is being adjusted taking into account the stay of children from kindergarten in the institution.

Aleksey Lapkov, Head of the Main Department of Education: “A prerequisite for the implementation of the project is the direct proximity of the school and the kindergarten, which will ensure the safe movement of children between the two buildings. Children remain pupils of the kindergarten, they spend a significant part of their time in preschool, however, attend school on a daily basis. On the basis of general educational institutions for kids, classes will be prepared - games, where children can study. Preschool children will also be able to take part in joint activities with students primary school. This can be, for example, music lessons, joint preparation of theatrical performances, sports, fine arts etc. Classes at the school will be held either in the morning or in the afternoon - in each case, the schedule of classes and educational program will be compiled individually. This project is based on the model preparatory classes"Preschooler", however, from the point of view of the organization of the process, this form of adaptation of children to the school environment is more effective. The child's stay in a special educational environment does not require additional payment, and there will also be no need for Saturday trips to school.

All activities and classes will be aimed not at teaching future first-graders, but at developing their activity, independence, creative abilities, cognitive interest, and the ability to communicate with peers and with older children. The obvious advantage of the project is that children from preparatory groups can be formed into a full-fledged class of 25-30 people, with the same composition they will be able to go to the first grade of the school that they got used to as kindergarten students.

The launch of a new project will make it possible to put into practice the principle of continuous education. This is a new territorial environment, where the educator, together with the teacher, forms the child's readiness for schooling, the position of the student in the preschooler is gradually becoming.
