On the basis of technical schools and colleges, schoolchildren try their hand at 13 specialties. Among them are the professions of a turner, welder, electrician, seamstress, hairdresser, confectioner, fabric painter, jeweler, etc. About 400 students in grades 8-9 from more than 20 schools in the city have the opportunity to get working specialties. Another important direction is the interaction educational institutions with universities. So, on the basis of gymnasium No. 13 and lyceum No. 7, together with the Siberian federal university open special classes. In the current academic year a similar project, together with SibFU, began to be implemented by Lyceum No. 6 "Perspektiva", and Lyceum No. 3 cooperates with the Siberian State Aerospace University.

One of the project participants is Lyceum No. 6 "Perspective". In addition to general education classes, there are two specialized classes on the basis of the institution - physics and mathematics and engineering. Weekly, every Wednesday, the guys spend at the university. Most of the students of specialized classes have already decided on a profession and plan to become students of SibFU in the future.

In the new year, Lyceum No. 6 plans to launch another project that will fully implement the principle of lifelong education for preschoolers. As you know, going to school is a turning point in a child's life - the way of life changes dramatically, a new position in society is acquired. A first-grader develops completely different relationships with adults and peers. Not all children are comprehensively prepared for a painless entry into a full-fledged learning activities. Therefore, many children preschool age a year before entering grade 1, they begin to attend preschool classes "Preschooler", which are held on the basis of most general educational institutions of the city. Taking into account the growing need of parents for a preliminary acquaintance of the child with the school, it was decided to implement a project that will allow preschoolers to adapt in advance to new conditions.

Similar projects will be implemented on the basis of several other educational institutions of the city. Including Lyceum No. 6. This will be possible thanks to cooperation with kindergarten No. 320: for children, the institution will equip a play and study area, children will be able to use the library, assembly and sports halls, and if they wish, they will learn to play growth chess. At the moment, kindergarten No. 320 has 4 preparatory groups s, from among them, at the request of the parents, a group of 26 people was preliminarily formed. A teacher will be assigned to the children, who will later become a class teacher in primary school. At the moment, the lyceum is preparing to receive preschool children, the work schedule is being adjusted taking into account the stay of children from kindergarten in the institution.

Preschool children will also be able to take part in joint activities with students primary school. This can be, for example, music lessons, joint preparation of theatrical performances, sports, fine arts etc. Classes at the school will be held either in the morning or in the afternoon - in each case, the schedule of classes and educational program will be compiled individually. This project is based on the model preparatory classes"Preschooler", however, from the point of view of the organization of the process, this form of adaptation of children to the school environment is more effective. The child's stay in a special educational environment does not require additional payment, and there will also be no need for Saturday trips to school.

All activities and classes will be aimed not at teaching future first-graders, but at developing their activity, independence, creative abilities, cognitive interest, and the ability to communicate with peers and with older children. The obvious advantage of the project is that children from preparatory groups can be formed into a full-fledged class of 25-30 people, with the same composition they will be able to go to the first grade of the school that they got used to as kindergarten students.

The launch of a new project will make it possible to put into practice the principle of continuous education. This is a new territorial environment, where the educator, together with the teacher, forms the child's readiness for schooling, the position of the student in the preschooler is gradually becoming.
