Psychological hierarchy as a factor in the formation of a person's personality.

According to the theory of evolution, a person descended from a monkey, naturally, having inherited all its principles and habits. Among them was the principle of formation of society. That is, roughly speaking, the leaders, the retinue, the "middle class", hard workers, and all sorts of "garbage" must be present. The struggle for the possession of power is conducted, as a rule, in the center, and the periphery is silent until it is itself touched. At the same time, for each of the ranks, the rights and obligations of the individuals included in it, as well as the degree of subordination to the individuals of higher groups, are prescribed.

Actually, similar questions in his study are touched upon by psychology social groups , which studies the mechanisms of interactions within relatively closed teams. And since the conscious formation of personality begins (and in some cases ends) as early as adolescence, the strongest manifestations of psychological struggle are observed precisely there, and even a little later - already by the age of 20-23. What happens to a person over such a period of 10-12 years will largely determine his future position in society.

So, one of the many models of informal relationships that exist in society is, oddly enough, an ordinary school class and an ordinary institute group. There are several reasons for this. First, the ever-increasing need for self-realization, and the search for ways to implement it. Secondly, educational team– this is a very tight environment that has existed for many years, and from which it is very difficult to get out. That is, for ten years schooling the class as a social group is increasingly closed in on itself, only strengthening the informal hierarchy. Of course, in the institutional environment, everything is formed anew, but with the same final result in five years. And, thirdly, do not forget about the growing seething of hormones (in every sense), which greatly strengthens pride and recklessness. The duration of the processes depends on the prevailing social status, as well as the general intellectual and cultural level in the group. Subsequently, this passes, the passions subside, but the results remain.

Beyond the Sun: The Constituents of the Hierarchy.

Thus, one can imagine the general picture of the emergence of such a group. It all starts by simply dividing it into two parts: those who work for status and those who work for evaluation. Some people manage to do both. At first, of course, they still look at each other, but then the final structure is formed, invulnerable (with the rarest exceptions) right up to the issuance of a certificate or diploma.

Such a hierarchy, in its classical sense, can be represented as a solar system. In the center is the core of actual power, around in the nearest hot orbit the alpha stars rotate, a little further away they are covered by beta stars. Then, closer and closer to the cold, gammas, deltas, epsilons and omegas are spinning.

At the same time, gender separation is important. Interestingly, if more than half of the group is made up of its female part, then matriarchy is established, which, in its rigid dictatorship, is not inferior to male power. And 95% of the stronger sex willy-nilly forced to go to the back of the system. Maybe somewhere it happens the other way around, but in modern reality this is already a rarity.

The classical hierarchy includes six main elements, usually arranged vertically.

Alpha (Alpha Primary).

It is considered the formal leader in the group, it is knocked out as the most viable. In order to become an Alpha, a truly high status is required. Plus, there is charisma, a well-spoken tongue, high self-esteem and a consumer attitude towards the rest of the group. However, this consumer attitude must necessarily be combined with the patronage of their “subjects” and a clear distribution of roles.

The main role of Alpha is to organize the group around him, maintain a single structure and manage the general mass. In this situation, the main thing for Alpha, first of all, is to sit in his high place. To do this, he needs to track the actions of potential competitors and stop any encroachment on power. Also, no more or less serious decision should be made without his participation.

The requirements for the place of Alpha are best met by children from wealthy families - in other words, "the right children of the right parents." As a rule, attention is drawn to them (often spontaneously) from the first days. And a flock of males and females of a lower rank almost immediately line up around them, wishing to get used to more advanced and, as it seems, more intelligent individuals. Although intellectual abilities for Alpha are hardly in the first place. After all, a person not stuffed with knowledge, even the most charismatic, is unlikely to be able to head the hierarchy. Therefore, it often turns out that the entire environment of Alpha is much more stupid than himself, which only strengthens the halo on his head at times. The ideal option is if Alpha becomes the head of the group. And, of course, an excellent student (excellent student).

The position of Alpha in the group is strong and does not change much until the end of the existence of the team. The only threat can be only a competitor from the outside, because (most importantly!) A new Alpha cannot arise from within such a system in principle.

Groups with a predominance of alpha males and alpha females differ significantly. If in the first case there can be only one leader, then in the second case dual power is also possible, and it is unpredictable from the very beginning. For example, when forming an institute group, it contains two Alphas who came from different places, but are somewhat similar to each other. But competition does not happen: they become best friends, and for five years of study they can safely rule in tandem, without even trying to share power. A conflict between them is possible only theoretically, but only behind the scenes, or even after graduating from the institute.

Beta (Beta Core).

There is one person in the group, less often two. It is considered the best friend of Alpha (or two Alphas, in the case of their dual power), but in fact acts as something of a personal assistant. Betas are engaged in the fact that they accompany Alpha everywhere and everywhere: they go into the audience together, share cigarettes and drinks with them, go to the buffet or the toilet, are late for classes ... And always together.

The main task is to directly contact with the general mass and dispose of it, which Alphas usually disdain. Alpha and Beta must be of the same gender. In the case of patriarchy, the Beta male differs from Alpha in less arrogance, less suspended tongue, but greater sociability, which Alpha, due to his straightforwardness, does not have. If necessary, Beta can act as a leader and, in general, clearly control the situation, if suddenly Alpha is afraid of a threat (this happens too). Serves as a reliable rear, by the way.

In the female hierarchy, everything is different. Beta chooses the most efficient and devoted of the lower Gammas. The main requirements for Beta are to do nothing but look into the mouths of Alphas and agree with them in every possible way on any occasion. Appearance and mind do not play a big role, Alphas generally prefer to put scary and stupid people in this position - and they themselves are not a hindrance, and Beta's halo grows to the envy of other Gammas. Such a Beta should be, first of all, very slippery and have resourcefulness, but in no case aim for the leaders. This protects against possible unpleasant consequences, because there is a certain kind of Beth, with the hidden habits of Alpha. And if in the male hierarchy this is quite tolerable, then the appearance of such a person in a matriarchal group threatens with a serious conflict at the top. No Beta “hidden Alpha” will put up with a secondary role for a long time due to its no less high status than that of Alphas and the necessary connections from the outside.

So for Beta, a hidden desire to remove Alpha from the throne is much more natural than open loyalty.

Gamma.

The most numerous part is about half a group. They dangle down the hierarchy in relation to Alpha and Beta. The main task is to follow the “owners” with their numerical majority, fulfilling their whims and currying favor with them in every possible way. Intellectual abilities - necessarily no higher than those of the top. There may be more total brain mass, but Gammas are considered one of the most psychologically repressed layers in the group. That is, they have no desire for leadership, they are generally satisfied with their position, and they were taught not to express their own opinion even in school years.

The Gamma layer, which at first glance seems to be unified and unshakable, is very blurred and heterogeneous. Passions boil here for the right to stand closer to the Alphas and Betas. As a result, there are Preferred Scales and Peripheral . This composition can change periodically, for example, depending on whose girlfriend was the ex-Gamma chosen for the role of Beta, or which of the Gamma Alphas can be appointed headman (want to rule, but not wanting to take on much responsibility for themselves). And some Gammas can also fall under distribution from Alpha for minor "offences", and others, more helpful, immediately fall into their place. Gammas are very easily excitable and unstable, but they do not dare to attack people of a higher rank, preferring, first of all, Epsilons or Omega as targets.

Delta.

Not very numerous. They are outside the common vertical, and exist, as it were, parallel to the rest. Unlike scales, they are homogeneous in composition, with a predominance of the male sex. In the case of matriarchy, these are the same 95% of males who have gone to extreme orbits. They are located approximately on the same level as scales, but, unlike the latter, they are not psycho-suppressed, but rather indifferent to the struggle for influence in the group.

The main quality of Delta is diligence and increased efficiency. At the same time, somehow illogically combined with general disorganization and laziness. There are even more abilities than Gumms, but Deltas use this reluctantly, preferring to stew in their own juice. That is, they are able to achieve good and even excellent results, but do not consider it necessary for themselves. And so - in one reading they can figure out even the most complex abstract and the most unreadable spur.

Because of (or thanks to?) such inconsistency, the Deltas try to build relationships with all members of the team, trying to please everyone at the same time, and first of all the Gammas. For example, an intellectual nature can be successfully combined with a party one. They are easily motivated and in the same way as Gammas - the ability to eat "leftovers from the master's table." Deltas can most often be found at various parties of the group - there they hope to get closer to Alphas and Betas. Sometimes this succeeds, and if successful, the Alpha female will make the Delta male her young man. Such an entity is called "Pseudo Alpha" and among others, Delta is considered the most authoritative, although its position is completely dependent on Alpha Primary.

Deltas in their mass most significantly stratify the group, since they can act on the principle of "both yours and ours." They can freely communicate with Gammas, Epsilons, and even Omega.

There is another type of Delta - the so-called Enigma . A very rare type of people, distinguished by excessive inadequacy and affectation of behavior, and in any sense of the word. He likes to be in the center of attention, but not by status, but by his stupidity. For Alf and Beth, as a rule, he serves as a court jester, for his clowning breaking thunder of applause. And sometimes it can be oppressed even worse than Omega - it all depends on the will of the ruling.

Epsilon.

Stereotypical nihilists, the quietest and most inconspicuous part of the group. They go with the flow in a peculiar way, they are present not for the sake of their status, but because “it’s necessary”. In the hierarchy, they occupy a place on the level with Gammas, while, like Deltas, they are on the sidelines. Independent of the common vertical, but indecisive and inactive. Mental abilities and final results are sometimes higher than those of Alpha and Beta, but this does not change the overall picture at all.

Falling to the very bottom was avoided thanks to the reserve of psychological stability and their indifference to the life of the group in general and in particular. This has dual consequences - on the one hand, Alphas and Betas do not touch them, but on the other hand, you definitely can’t count on a high position, and most importantly, you need to manage only on your own.

Attacks on Epsilons, if carried out, are only carried out by the Privileged Gammas and for all sorts of petty reasons (for example, a better result on a test, etc.), and nothing more. With Peripheral Gammas, as well as Deltas and Omegas mutual language located pretty quickly. Moreover, what is curious, as soon as the composition of Gumms is shuffled, yesterday's "enemies" for Epsilons can already become friends with them.

There is a rare variety of Epsilons - " shifters (most often girls). Initially, they belong to the Epsilons, but at first (a year or two, for example) they cannot clearly determine their position, now and then moving along the lower layer of the hierarchy. As a result, they are faced with a choice: stay away from the vertical and live as before, or join the Gammas (where the food is tastier and more satisfying) in order to try to become Privileged among them, due to higher intelligence and good organization. Subsequently, she may have the opportunity to get out to Beta's place (the risk of gaining the status of a "fool" is offset by a growing halo on her head).

However, the Changeling Epsilon has a more than dual character, therefore, in his presence, Alphas run the risk of getting problems on their own heads from such a “girlfriend”: firstly, she is smarter, secondly, more beautiful, thirdly, she can move them, due to the hidden thirst for power, and for Gumm she has long become her own. When expelled from the common vertical, the shapeshifter can return back to the Epsilons, if they did not finally send her.

Omega.

The lowest link in the hierarchy, but often the most central. In school years, not a single class usually does without it, in college years, Omega can not be observed at all.

Before recalling what Omega is and how everyone treats him, please remember the movie "Scarecrow" or, in extreme cases, one of the heroines of the series "School". Here, better than there, the image of Omega is unlikely to be conveyed.

So, Omega is considered a common "enemy" for the vertical elements (Alpha, Beth, Gamma). A class in which there is a pronounced Omega is quite normal. Omega, by its presence, allows you to keep Gumms united, which is very beneficial for Alphas and Betas, and not at all because there is some special personal dislike for him. But in the absence of such a character, confusion and a war between the Privileged and the Peripheral will certainly begin among the Gammas, from which the top will feel uncomfortable.

Omega, among others, falls under distribution not at all because he harmed someone or offended someone. Just in such an environment, teenagers have a clearly supernatural scent and are able to smell the most vulnerable in the mass. Why and how further harassment and open psychological pressure occurs is another question. Well, I wanted to, and that's it.

But the reasons for the psychological weakness of Omega can just be called quite definitely, and this is, first of all, education that develops extremely low self-esteem and, as a result, susceptibility to psycho-suppression. So they took it and inspired him (her) in childhood that you can’t fight back, you need to be polite, courteous and so on. And even worse - if the atmosphere in the family is generally bad, or the family is incomplete. In short, the direct social opposite of Alpha, "unnecessary children of unnecessary parents." As a result, we have a completely amorphous creature, incapable of even the slightest resistance.

Another reason (or rather, a consequence of education) is that Omega tries to be (revealingly) too correct, dress correctly, study hard, believing that this will allow him to become successful. As a rule, it does not allow ... For Gammas, such people fall into the category of "white crows". If it were a little more stable, it could be attributed to Epsilons, but characteristic stresses and frequent depressions affect here, because of which the “victim” once again cannot withstand pressure. And even if he is a hundred times smarter than the Epsilons, this will not help, because it is easier and more profitable for Gammas to eat from the “alpha-bet” feeder, but not mess with outsiders.

As noted above, Omega is always present in the school environment. If there is none, the weakest of the Gammas (necessarily guilty of the Peripherals) or Deltas is “chosen” for the role of the victim, and everything goes according to the worked out, but it is not clear by whom and when written script.

At school, Omega is present only in the singular. When moving to an institute, he can be somewhat transformed, at most to the level of Epsilon or Delta (but remain Omega in essence). For the institute environment, the phenomenon of Omega is generally just uncharacteristic.

Thus, we have considered the classical hierarchy model. But its existence in such an “ideal” form, oddly enough, is impossible. After all, built in this way, sooner or later it will fall into a state of stagnation, and here other very interesting subjects appear ...

Triarchy at the Alpha level: the essence of the conflict.

To do this, let's go back in time, to the very beginning of the formation of the team. After all, it may contain more than one or two potential Alphas. At first, a “fermentation of the masses” may occur for a couple of months, and the group will be more or less monotonous. But gradually it may become clear that next to the main vertical, in addition to the traditional Deltas and Epsilons, there is something else, and obviously at an unacceptably high place. His name is

Alpha Rival.

A competitor in the literal sense for Alpha Main (the main thing is always the same sex). Appears almost immediately, one of the ways. The first way is an exiled Beta (the same “hidden Alpha”), who does not want to put up with the role of a fool. In fact, she falls out of the general structure in which there is no longer a place for her, but she is eager to repay. The second path is Alpha, which initially did not want to "bend". Sometimes both Alpha Competing can act at the same time. The goal at first is the same - to knock out the centering from under the common vertical as much as possible, and preferably for good. However, this requires recruiting your own "subjects".

In the first case, this can be done by enticing some of the dissatisfied Gammas (Peripheral), Deltas, or becoming favorable to the Epsilons. Here, literally seconds can count: today Gamma has become objectionable to “them”, and for Alpha Competing, it is the best ally, and even a potential Beta. In general, a war is unfolding for the possession of "live weight". And the Gammas do not even suspect who they are being held for ...

In the second case, a completely separate vertical is built. Three or four allies are enough for such a Competing Alpha, and no more. They are selected, as a rule, from Epsilons, less often from Gammas (since they are already in great demand). But the most reliable people from her point of view are selected, one of them is appointed Beta Rival .

Such a phenomenon, and especially both cases, at once allow a significant redrawing of the general structure of the group. But the appearance of another element introduces much more confusion ...

Alpha Alternative.

It occurs, as a rule, even at the stage of formation of the group, it manifests itself almost immediately. It is a subject with pronounced leadership qualities, but does not claim power. To do this, Alpha Alternative deliberately stays away from the general vertical, without being fenced off in general. Present in the singular.

A rare combination of characters: he has the psychological stability inherent in Alpha, high conceit, but at the same time he is smart enough, creative and completely indifferent to the "rulers", like the Epsilons. In addition, in the case of a clear matriarchy, he, unlike the Competing Alpha, is necessarily a person of the opposite sex in relation to the Primary Alpha, which can somewhat mitigate the conflict. Otherwise (if the Alpha Alternative is female, which happens even less often), passions can run high, but none of them will cross a certain line anyway.

Another difference from other Alphas is that it does not recruit “subjects” for itself, preferring to sail alone. Like the downstream Epsilons, it relies only on its own strength. But at the same time, he is also confident in the effective use of his potential, because he knows where it can be directed - not to a rank fight, for example, but to an inconspicuous, but effective bypass of Alpha Primary in the current situation. True, he is not subject to the complex of an excellent student, therefore, he motivates himself rather by the very process of achieving results and moving to a new level. And this result is sometimes higher than that of Alpha and Beth.

So, at the highest level in the group, you can now count four subjects, completely different in essence. The situation has finally calmed down, and we can observe the top.

Between Primary Alphas and Competing Alphas, especially if they are girls, the conflict at first proceeds in an open form. It is possible to use any methods, ranging from demonstrative ignoring, and ending with direct insults. Alpha Cores have seemingly powerful support in the form of Beta Core and Gamma. However, if the Alpha Main is absent at the current moment for some reason, the positions of the vertical are sharply weakened, since the Beta female Main (unlike the male!) Is not able to adequately cope with the situation, due to its original Gamma essence. Such an environment disorients her, and she falls back to the other Gammas.

The first Alpha Competing worked on the principle of "the more - the better." Now she may have a lot of people under her control who are dissatisfied with the Primary Alpha. But there is a threat in the face of the same Gammas. Do not forget that Gammas are fickle, and at any moment they can run back to the "enemy" if the new "mistress" does not suit them. Thus, there is a risk of losing control over their "live weight". There are two ways to retreat - either leave the team for good, or go to the Epsilons in disgrace and never get out again.

The second Alpha Rival decided to act strategically. For example, what prevents her from informing the dean's office on the slightest puncture of Alpha the Main, if she is the headman? This is followed by a "debriefing", and this Alpha Competing, as the most conscientious, is appointed headman. The first goal - legal power - has been achieved. Now you can also lure Gumm under yourself, because in front of the headman they usually jump on their hind legs. The power of Alpha Primary in this case, although it remains factual, is already turning into a formality. In the most extreme case, Alpha Basic can be driven to the level of Gamma, or even Omega at all - Alpha Competing, if it is even tougher by nature, will not spare anyone.

But the threat to the newly minted headman can be, surprisingly, their own Beta (Beta Competing). Pulled out of Epsilons, and even with connections, cooler than Alphas, she, of course, wants to move higher for free. Somewhere after a year or two (if nothing changes), you can notice it day after day of the group that brings the magazine to the dean's office. And if “her” Alpha Competing for some reason should soon leave the team, then such Beta will strive in every possible way to win the highest place in the group, and not least, thanks to male attention, because, in her opinion, she is more beautiful and smarter compared to Beta Core.

However, the Alpha Primary, who did not give up, understands what's what, and is already preparing the Privileged Gamma for the role of headman, offering to make her ... the deputy of the current official owner of the magazine. And here Epsilon-nature will play a cruel joke with Beta Competing her: there will not be the necessary support, and by her nature she is not as bitchy as she would like. Worst when it happens in the beginning school year. Then the moment is almost certainly lost, and yesterday's Beta returns to the group as a simple Epsilon.

If Alpha Primary is a female, then Alpha Alternate in this case is necessarily a male. The conflict is present, but occurs in a sluggish and sometimes ridiculous form. There is only one reason for this - Alpha Alternative does not need to take the place of Alpha Main in the hierarchy, and as a woman she is categorically uninteresting to him (well, he swore to communicate with the "major" ones!). Alpha Primary, in her own opinion, is the only contender for at least some Alpha male. But, realizing that in the end he will not achieve anything, he is very offended, but the maximum that he gives out is a phrase like: “You ask me for something! ..” This is where it all ends, right up to the next hormonal surge in the female .

For Alpha Alternative, if she is a female (but, again, this is a rare occurrence), the situation is even more advantageous, but also more tense. Because, as a rule, the first beauty in the group is she, and in terms of intelligence, she does not in any way suggest herself as a “subject” to the Primary Alphas. Naturally, the Alpha Primary will envy her on certain grounds, since the self-sufficiency of the Alternate Alpha female is sure to attract male attention in the group and beyond. But the conflict on the part of Alpha Main occurs at most in the form of “answer it faster and pass the test faster” and in general it is indicative to try to be the best (first of all, in front of your subjects). And of course, not without total disregard, along with his retinue. However, no one dares to do more. Because Alpha Main is strong with the support of Beth and Gumm, but for the time being, because they are dreaming with might and main to see the "mistress" crushed. Alpha Alternative is strong in itself, and does not need support within the group. Moreover, men are behind the scenes on her side, and what could be better for a woman?

Over time, it also turns out that Alpha Alternative does not take part in the life of the group at all. For example, he won’t go to a general booze, under a very original pretext: “But I don’t need this for nothing!” And instead, on the same day, he will dump him at some carbon monoxide concert at a local party. In short, he manages his time as he pleases. He can also afford not to come to the couples (he understands that there will be enough opportunities to catch up anyway), but in general, in the ideal case, if possible, spend more and more time at training camps, olympiads or conferences. The psychological pressure on him from the vertical is at first palpable (probably a test to see if this is really an Alpha or not?), but over time it decreases to a minimum. No one from any side is even going to break the barrier built during the joint training. Because by and large none of them need it. That is, most of the time passes in a relatively peaceful coexistence, but at a certain distance. " cold war", if you like.

Relations with other elements of the group he develops in different ways. Everything is clear about Alphas and Betas Basic, but with Alphas and Betas Competing, he easily finds a common language. And to be even more precise, they are with him, if only out of a sense of contradiction. However, the closer the session (that is, the struggle for the result), the distance between all Alphas naturally increases.

Gammas reasonably consider Alfa Alternative to be too "proud" and "arrogant", because he does not drink with them and does not feed them handouts. But none of them (both males and females) often try not to crawl up to him (even without conflict - very carefully), because they risk getting scolded by the "masters". Males - because they do not obey the main Alpha male, and females - because Alpha Main can see them as potential competitors. In the case conflict situation, Gammas lose out, because they are used to acting only with Epsilons and Omegas - Alpha Alternative, in principle, does not care about all this, in extreme cases - will answer once and for all, so that it will be remembered. Without assault, of course, since he himself is a non-confrontational, but stable nature.

Epsilons also gravitate towards Alpha Alternative (due to the similarity of some traits in characters, plus they see in him the hardness they lack), and Deltas can also ask for help. As for Epsilon taken separately (including the opposite sex), he also sees some personal benefit for himself in communication with Alpha Alternative, counting on help from him. This allows him to feel comfortable, as if behind a stone wall, and at the same time achieve results on a par with other Alphas and Betas, without interfering with their grouping. In turn, Alpha Alternative requires Epsilon to be straightforward in the game, since he cannot stand “shifters” at all, at the slightest hint of a double game, Epsilon with a good checkmate goes to hell after him. And in general, Alpha Alternative is firmly convinced that it is necessary to achieve results (oh, horror!) With your own brains, and not with lure from the outside.

Beyond the Finish Line: The Consequences of Being Hierarchy.

So, the diplomas have been handed over, everyone is going their separate ways… What awaits them in their now adult life, when they have completed 15 years of study in a relatively closed society?

Best of all, of course, beta males will settle down, precisely because of their responsibility, ability to enter into trust and good performance. These are the first contenders for the positions of managers of various categories. Alpha males (Main) seem to change places with their former "helpers", because they themselves do not have real strength and power. But their key trump card is still charisma. The main areas of activity can be programming, work as a "staff director" or even politics. However, it is not a fact that in the new team they will not fall to the level of Gamma or Omega, and this is really bad.

Alpha females of the Primary most often successfully marry, or rather, they are simply successfully given out by calculation for the same “necessary children of the right parents”. The beta female can count on about the same result, but much worse, since she was always inferior to the alpha females in everything. Is it about work? – Unknown.

The marriage of an Alpha female and a Beta male will be considered the most successful, since charisma plus diligence will give an effective result in the future. With the Alpha female Competing, the situation is absolutely identical, since the choice is not particularly rich. Self-sufficient Alpha female Alternative, at least, will look for a man with the makings of an Alpha (and this can be Alpha, and Beta, and even an unrevealed Epsilon) - this is her choice. Work for her, as for a versatile person, will depend on various factors.

For the Alpha male of the Alternative, perhaps, the same Alpha female or Epsilon female adequate to him, which, most importantly, will be his reliable rear in life, will become a companion. His work will definitely not be connected with business, rather, it will be related to a very unexpected area. Epsilons, for the most part, arrange their lives differently, but still quietly and calmly.

Gammas and Deltas (both males and females), as a rule, remain at their level until the end of life. Basically, they become small implementers, office plankton, workers at a decaying factory, or from the inability to do something, they are simply fed into a creative environment, where, of course, they spoil everything. They get married and marry, for the most part, on their own kind.

With Omegas (more specifically, ex-Omegas), the situation is most difficult, since it is very difficult for most of them to re-learn how to communicate with people. Alpha.

Basically, they are either girls who have a reputation as the first beauty and, in addition, a bitchy character, or excellent students with high self-esteem. In the first case, Alpha is the trendsetter in the class.

The main feature of Alpha is that they become the favorite students of teachers. The teacher may not listen to the Alpha boy, but he will definitely listen to the opinion of the Alpha girl.

The Alpha Girl has the exclusive, undeniable and non-negotiable right to the Alpha Boy. Compared to Alfa the boy, her position is far from being so strong in the class, because the women's team is never and nowhere a cohesive structure in which everything is “for each other”.

Teachers believe that nothing good will come of such children, and strive to quickly release them.
